From the first guest arriving to the last song
Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, with an MC who has spent twenty-plus years in front of a microphone. I’m on your team the whole way through, and I’d rather you asked me too many questions than too few.
Have your ceremony where you want it
My off-grid set runs entirely on batteries, so the ceremony doesn’t have to move to wherever the power is. A hilltop, an orchard, a barn field, the far end of a vineyard. No generator humming behind your vows, and no cables taped across the grass.
Everyone can hear the vows
Ceremony mics come in a few levels — one mic on the officiant, right up to a full set covering the officiant, both of you and your readers. Which one you want depends on the space and how far back the last row is. Tell me where you’re getting married and I’ll tell you what I’d use.
The room is lit before anyone dances
Uplighting in whatever color you pick, your names in light on a wall or the floor, upgraded dance floor lighting, and haze if your venue allows it. Haze matters more than people expect: with it you see the whole beam in the air, and without it you just see the dots.
You’ll see the plan long before the day
Once your date is booked, your client area opens up — planning forms, a timeline builder, and my online music database with Spotify alongside it, where you build your own playlists. Make as many as you need: ceremony, dinner, the dance floor. A separate tool gathers song suggestions before the night, giving you insight into songs that will get your guests dancing! Get stuck on any of it and I’ll walk you through it.
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, reunions
I read the room and keep it moving from the first song to the last. Every crowd is different, and I’d rather watch what’s working on the night than lock it all down months ahead.

Where the mic matters as much as the music
Holiday parties, awards nights, conferences, team events. Announcements land, I get the names right, and the schedule holds without anyone at the front having to look around for me.
Projector and screen if you need them, a second station for a breakout room, and an assistant when the run of show is tight enough that I should be out in the room rather than behind the gear.
A hosted show, a weekly series, or an add-on to your night
Your guests search the catalog and send me their song from their own phones instead of lining up at a binder with a pen, which is most of why the line keeps moving. And I’ve built the book up across a lot of different karaoke brands, so most songs come back with several versions — if you’ve got a brand you prefer, or one cut you know cold, you can find it and pick it yourself.
As its own event
A karaoke party, or a run of shows for a venue that wants a regular night. There isn’t much to plan — the format does the work.
As the second half of a wedding
Once the formal dances are done and the floor is still full, karaoke keeps it going. Not many DJs will do this at a wedding, and it goes over better than you’d think.

I’m based in Northeastern Ohio and I travel across Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Travel is worked out from your venue and built into your quote, so there’s nothing to add up later.
